With an estimated project cost of Kshs 12,310,550.00, the development is entrusted to Manji Enterprise Limited as the main contractor, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery. The architectural design is undertaken by Disaini Team Architects, blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics, while structural and engineering expertise is provided by Eng. Achia Joshua W. Ochieng.
